Received a normal veg pizza ?? Ordered a chicken tikka and hot veg pizza. Description said Chicken Tika & Veg Pizza - Onions, peppers, fresh tomatoes, chicken tikka & sweetcorn. Was looking forward to it. No chicken or jalapenos on it. Mushrooms instead of these two toppings. Shame cos rest of order was spot on and nice as always

Waited 1 hour from order time, called to be told driver had been to address, no cars came into the car park at all. Then told it couldn't be delivered because there was no number on order. explained we had an none uk number as visiting uk, the app wouldn't accept it. We waited out side from 8 20 until we called on someone elses phone at 9pm. Note on order to say we would be outside. Said they will bring back now... we agreed. Then told us we will have to remake the order? We said no its ok bring it , we will accept it. Why if its made. Too many excuses, something not right. Not recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service from Chicago pizza tonight I had allot of requests in how I wanted my food (I wrote abit of an essay if im honest ????) and it was all followed. The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service from both the store and the delivery driver was amazing. They had missed my free pizza request I had asked for after spending over 25 pound (my fault, it got lost in my essay) and they were very apologetic and brought it out promptly will definitely be ordering again soon
